I signed up for the app using a discount code and was quoted less than $70 for a years membership. No emails after the initial signup or indications of a price increase. After the 7 day free trial I was charged $130 - significantly more than I was led to believe I would be charged. Do not get this app.
I have done a free trial of several meditation apps this year & have yet to find what I’m looking for. I thought I might have struck gold with this one but alas not. All I want is to be able to create a sleep playlist. I like to start with a sleep hypnosis (Andrew Johnson is my fave) & then do pink noise on repeat for at least 8 hours. Positives - it does let you make a playlist (not all do) & it does let you do up to 10hrs of pink noise (not all do) but not together! As soon as you add the pink noise to a playlist it automatically changes the timer to 1 hour! If you try to add the same pink noise again it says it’s already on the list & if you add multiple hours of different pink noise tracks there is a jarring 15 seconds of silence between them. I was so hopeful this app would be the one but I guess the search continues. I actually tried to give it another chance tonight but found that after the first track not only is there the 15 second delay but it’s more than that because it starts buffering & never stops. I tried it with multiple playlists & it kept happening. Single meditations & other apps were unaffected so it’s definitely an issue with this app. Super aggravating when you’re trying to go to sleep.
I downloaded this app a few days ago and I have so happy!! I love it. It’s easy to use and has so many options to choose from!! From Hypnosis to daily affirmations! I highly recommend this app! It’s not like any other app I’ve used. It’s awesome!

Worth every penny. So many amazing people to listen to, so much awesome variety.
…which just made the app annoying to try to use because I prefer landscape mode and my iPad is set up for that. It seems there may be some useful content, but it’s not comfortable to use.
I canceled 2 days into my “free” trial, for which I was charged $2.99. On the date of the end of the trial I was charged $129.99, $60 more than it was stipulated in their own yearly membership cost. I have a message in to the company and am expecting them to refund my money. BUYER BEWARE and shame on aura health. There’s no way on earth I can afford this kind of app, especially when it doesn’t even offer me anything different than all the other apps out there. I am disappointed and frustrated and will do all I can to make sure that others hear about my negative experience with this company.
I’ve only used this app one day and it’s helped me tremendously with my sense of self and my thoughts, my anxiety and my sleep it’s an absolute pleasure to have and I don’t feel like I’m sitting by myself with my thoughts in a dark hole anymore, thank you Aura you’ve helped me so much words simply cannot describe or express my gratitude 😍🤌🏻👍🏼♥️👌🏼🫰🏻🤘🏼
I think the app itself is marvelous. However once I discovered the price , I could not afford it and decided it was best to part ways before the 7 day free trial was over . I couldn’t find an easy way to CX the trial or to let anyone know I didn’t want to continue . Now I am charged for the app and despite the claims of 24/7 support and multiple email attempts .NOONE returns my emails . Given this is an app to reduce stress and anxiety they certainly have made mine worse . If you can afford the app I believe they have a good product. Just don’t download the free app unless you are aware of the difficulties of CX .
I have had a subscription now for 4 years and I will not be renewing. I’m tired of the meditation tracks stopping half way thru, spinning constantly and not connecting. It is a very disruptive user experience. It never seems to get better despite my constantly upgrading the app. This app needs to fix its glitches.
