AURA is the complete watchdog. It warns me if it senses I’m about to make a mistake online. It is continually monitoring both my online activity and the general workings around the site I’m using. So far I’m 100% satisfied with the program.

As tool for parental control, it’s an epic failure as it piggybacks on Apple parental control adding nothing to it (well, make it worse). As a tool for security let me tell you that their von is a virus, blocking access to legitimate services. Too bad the refund time window is gone. Shame!

Aura has been an absolute disaster!! When I started using them 1.5 years ago, they seemed promising, but it’s been nothing but a nightmare since. I signed up for the couples service and never got to use it because my husband’s account never worked. Despite countless attempts to fix it, their glitchy app and website made everything impossible. To make matters worse, they kept charging me incorrectly for a service I couldn’t even use. Customer service is a complete joke—I was on hold for 30+ minutes multiple times with no one answering. Canceling? Forget it. They force you to call, but no one picks up. Months later, I found an option to schedule a callback, but guess what? They never called. Aura is beyond incompetent and utterly shameless for charging people for a service they clearly can’t provide. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. This company is a SCAM
So I was trying to watch videos on TikTok and I tried to scroll down and it said I was not connected to the Wi-Fi even though I was and I really don't like the app.
This app is not compatible with iOS. The features sound great and the application looks very high level corporate professional, but even their customer service is bad. BAD! I don’t trust them.
This app is a scam, they force charge renewal, and never get back to you in email. Had to call bank to dispute.
