## aurora+ Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Aargh"
Tried to open it this morning but all I get is a blank screen. Restart didn’t help
-- nthrdgbf j, 2025-01-09

### *---- "Don’t bother"
Quite possibly the worse app in existence constantly does not work or displays the wrong information.
-- Andrew00173, 2025-01-09

### **--- "No longer useful"
It was useful, particularly for daily keeping up to date with usage. But now its a minimum of 1 week lag time. So if you are trying to monitor usage its all but useless. Have contacted them twice to ask about the problem but no response.
-- Schmappy1, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Broken"
App is so broken atm I have to log in through a web browser instead
-- popcornchips123, 2024-12-13

### *---- "So slow"
The new app is very slow and laggy moving thru the screens
-- thestewgregory, 2024-11-06

### *---- "Terrible update"
Since the new updates nothing works properly. No payments I have made are showing no solar power usage no on and off peak times are correct
-- msbudgie, 2024-10-20

### ***-- "New App"
I did like the older version as it displayed off peak on weekends.Looks like we have peak and off peak displayed on weekends on the new app.
-- Ric OZ, 2024-10-19

### **--- "Pretty slow"
It would be great if you could speed up the API response time a bit. It’s just takes way too long when looking up days and really spoils the APP experience.

Otherwise, it is working if you are patient enough.
-- Scuido, 2024-09-24

### *---- "Old out of date b4 it was released"
What an old clapped out piece of garage.
It’s like they’ve picked the ‘freeware’ version of an app so they don’t have to pay for it.

Every time you want to check your power bill you need to log in with both your email and password but also a SMS code.

No remembering a password or god forbid facial recognition. It’s outdated and useless and this whole digital mains board is an excuse to expect bills to be paid monthly
Not like the old 4 times a year. Now I get emails telling me I am in arrears in a fortnightly basis.

Wake up Aurora I am not paying you in advance!!!
-- Dave Tinderbox, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Useless"
Constantly logs me out so I have to try and find my password again. But not worth logging into anyway. No way of exporting data so we might see how power usage compares on say a monthly basis with past years and whether the changes are due to hot water, general power use or electricity cost.
Someone wrote an app without even thinking what it might be used for. “Oh lets just put a bunch of graphs together” they said.
