A very well made easy to use insightful app but beware real estate agents will start contacting you as soon as you sign up for it. Got a text immediately after signing up from local real estate. Would avoid if you don’t want to be pestered by them. Devs should ask permission to share data like contact details. Not impressed with no permissions mentioned clearly.

I clicked on the investment tab for my property tracker in the app out of interest, and within 48 hours I had received a marketing call and messages from real estate agents telling me that they could see I had investment property and offering a valuation service. 

If you want to give away your data to the highest bidder then go ahead and use this app.

I have been keeping track of my property portfolio manually via a spreadsheet for the longest time, so I’m glad to find a tool that already exists to do this for me. Favourite feature so far is the ‘current property value’. If this does turns out to be updated on a monthly basis, I won’t need to resort to CoreLogic monthly indexes or hassling my broker every 6 months for property reports!!!
