Spot on delivery
Bought a Christmas gift for my son but did not expect it yo be delivered before Christmas. It got delivered on 23rd afternoon just in time to keep under the Christmas tree. Thank you AUS post for all the hard work and effort .
express turn into unexpress.
I was supposed to receive the goods by express delivery, but due to an error on the delivery side (twice), the delivery was later than normal. If you can't do express delivery, don't advertise a guarantee. I made the big mistake of using Aus post express delivery.

Australia Post are doing such a fantastic job throughout the Year, and especially over the Christmas. All my parcels still arrived in a timely manner. Courier is always courteous and friendly. The Tracking is a really helpful. I wish you were delivering all my online Shopping. Thank You for your hard work. Valerie

Delivery never attempted
Once agAin, thank you for not even attempting delivery. This is misleading and deceptive conduct. ACCC here I come.
App works well & is very useful.
App works well & is very useful. You can even redirect your parcel/deliveries through the app. Example:- Originally posted to your residential address, but you change your mind and use your post office box/parcel collect address instead, but off course it may take a day extra, but at least your package/parcel will not get pinched or stolen when left in front of an apartment front door downstairs when you live upstairs. Also you can track your parcel through the app & estimate its arrival. Good & useful app to me. I recommend this app wholeheartedly.
A really good app for your packages from Temu or just giving someone a package
This app is awesome! It’s got all the info you need about your packages, and you can even send packages through my post business. It’s been a huge help for my business, so I highly recommend you download it. It’s totally worth it!
Uhh app is BROKEN
iOS 18.2 App will not allow me to log in .pop up safari window is broken and the site breaks after a continuous loop and it won’t log me in at all I’ve tried everything. Fix IT NOW
