Updated over the last couple of years have made this app worse, and the recent updates for security have destroyed the user experience. I have constant problems with login both here and on the website and item the app won’t update your parcel tracking because you’re not actually logged in but the app does behave in a way that makes this clear. Really need to fix these issues.
Love the way that a tracking number is automatically added to my app when something posted to my address with my name. Smart, intelligent, I like it!
The app is good but doesn’t really matter when Australia post is useless. Two weeks it took for a letter from Melbourne to get to me in Brisbane. Every parcel I get delivered sits pending at Australia post for a week and a half before it gets delivered.
Great app, always proving accurate updates, easy to navigate. Love using it!
AP should collaborate with a major fuel chain and get units at servos around country. Prefer lickers to home delivery which are problematic.
Easy to track my packages
Where? No safe place. My door was open. It’s nowhere to be seen. I checked 6 minutes after the notification.
This app is only helpful if the post offices and the truckdrivers and the distribution centre is actually scanning the items. Which they don’t, and that is why it is hopeless.
Just wish it showed what item was with each order??
