I was waiting for the parcel to be returned, but it took a month longer than it should’ve, and the only way to get the issue resolved. It still has not been delivered as of 12/1 and it was sent express. Yet Ive had mail delivered from Japan non express sent on 20 dec and arrived in uk on 7 jan. Australia Post is the laughing stock of the world. An enquiry was made by mum about the parcel she sent and its been all excuses and no action. The last excuse was that it was in UK and they must be swamped with xmas mail, yet my parcel from Japan sent 2 days before mums parcel supposedly arrived in UK has been through customs and delivered. Royal mail is caught up with their deliveries so what excuse has Aus Post now? Other than employees stealing credit cards? It gives you notifications when the parcel is posted and when it’s due for delivery.
