I have to remember to change it every time. Before I updated the app it would remember this preference and I didn’t have to change it. If it doesn’t change I won’t use the app anymore. I have tried to set it so that I can have the my bank balance displayed on the Home Screen without having to log in, but it just won’t do it. It won’t let me set a pin for access, something which takes entering your account number and password three times to do. The app is just rubbish, and Seeing as how this is virtually the only way to interact with the bank these days I am tempted to close my account of 20+ years and move it all to the Commonwealth bank, whose app is flawless and lets me do all of the above.
