Aust Unity. Why on earth would you introduce a new app without the ability to add the membership card to your wallet?
App not really useful without a digital card so I can claim on the spot without the physical card.
this app is saying that “Policy Not Supported Sorry, you are unable to use the App with your policy, please login to Online Member Service portal to access your health insurance policy “
The app is really good and leaps and bound ahead of the previous Application. However, can you please include access to reward section? This was there in the previous app and use to take you to the reward page in a separate browser. Would love to have it back.
I like the ability to check remaining limits and claiming was so easy.
There are 2 different ways to submit a claim? The one from the left hand menu just asks for up to 4 photos or a pdf, then submit. The one from the bottom of the app wants much more detail filled in and you must tick boxes to accept various policies. Hopefully they both work as I’ve just used the first one to upload all my receipts then found the 2nd one? Consistency would be good - or just remove one option?
Loving the new app. As someone has mentioned, this is not a update, this is a brand new app where I have made a extras claim by just uploading a photo, updated my address and ordered a new card all in one go. 👍 Great to see Australian Unity takes on members feedback to improve their App and look forward to seeing what else comes in the future.
Extremely inefficient: very slow, more like a website than an app. Been trying to log in multiple times with Face ID and it wouldn’t work (would load for several minutes, then it would take me to the website and it would fail to open). Lodging a claim is just a pain.
Unable to submit claim after updating to new app. PDF document attached but when I hit submit, I see a blue spinning circle eventually timing out with a message something went wrong. Please contact us. Do you guys not conduct some basic testing before releasing the new app?🤦🏽♂️
