I have downloaded it to help my friend who did not understand how to use the app and it charged me $20. It doesn’t take our email ID during sign in but randomly create a garbage email ID. We never know that money got deducted from our account unless we check our bank application. We will never have a payment receipt as well. Requesting my money back
It’s a paid app.
This authenticator app is pure garbage, you can’t even have more then 2 codes generated unless you subscribe to premium, this is literally a cash-grab like come on how does this have 4 stars?!
Cancel my service. There is no way to unsubscribe
I was giving a one week free trial. After downloading the Authenticator app, I realized i was not able to upload the files I needed on my device & removed the app subscription within a day. I am still being charged the $40 for the exact same functions my 2023 device gives for free. Absolutely disappointing.
Not enjoying this app as it does not send me a verification code

Downloaded the app to use once. 3 day free trial. Then there’s no option to cancel. So they charge you a monthly amount. Waste of money. Look into it before you download.

Don’t download it!!! Downloaded the app for trial only, but it automatically subscribed to premium with no option to cancel the subscription. The support says to cancel it from the Apple ID, but there is no option to cancel this subscription there, only to update the plan. In Apple ID it is said to cancel it from the application website..which send you again to the Apple ID….
