I have downloaded it to help my friend who did not understand how to use the app and it charged me $20. It doesn’t take our email ID during sign in but randomly create a garbage email ID. We never know that money got deducted from our account unless we check our bank application. We will never have a payment receipt as well. Requesting my money back

I was giving a one week free trial. After downloading the Authenticator app, I realized i was not able to upload the files I needed on my device & removed the app subscription within a day.
