What I thought was a sign in was a purchase which cost me $70. I instantly restored the purchase not even using the service and sent an email explaining the situation. Since then, I’ve heard no reply and have been seemingly ghosted. Absolutely pathetic on their part.

I wish apple would not tolerate apps that do not provide cancelling subscription option or avoid giving correct instructions for cancelling subscriptions. Have wasted too much time trying to cancel this and still not getting anywhere!
