Similar experience to everyone here. Signed up for free trial but ability to opt out / cancel is very difficult and requires many unnecessary steps (trying to find the info, emailing, following up) vs a simple unsubscribe under subscription options. Would love to hear why this is not an option.

I haven’t had chance to get to grips with this app so have tried to cancel my subscription but it isn’t showing in my subscriptions on my iPhone so I can’t so I continue to be charged for an app I’m not using!

If you want to get duped and have money took out your account without permission then this is the place to be. I signed up for the free trial £19per month after) they took the £19 earlier than the trial end so I cancelled,couple of days later £52.96 went out,they’re saying I signed up to the yearly subscription which isn’t the case.
My first review got removed for some reason but I’ll keep on leaving reviews till I get refunded 👍🏻

But wanted to take a chance. Signed up for the trial, couldn’t access any of the features during the trial, just kept saying I had to sign up or sign in. I checked my subscription services to see that the app wasn’t in any of my trial subscriptions so I presumed my trial hadn’t started. Continued to have issues using the app, went to check bank statements to see I had been charged £50. They’ve now enabled me to sign in but are refusing to respond to my refund request so I’m taking it to trading standards as it seems I’m not the first person this has happened to. Let’s get this app shut down !

Beware of this app!
I signed up to the 7-day free trial and cancelled within the trial period.
Despite this I was charged in error £16 later that month. When I complained to the Autism360 team they denied being able to help and would not refund me.
Again the next month they attempted to take money again!
I have complained again but no refund forthcoming.
