I don’t understand why the county clerk has this app’s logo on their renewal cards. The app does not work. Maybe if you made an account years ago but honestly even that is an assumption. It’s doesn’t recognize any emails when you try and set up an account. Figured it would be a handy way to track multiple vehicle vehicles and renewal dates and things like that. The app is absolute trash. I was able to create an account, but when you try and add a vehicle, there’s a dialogue box that pops up behind the please wait dialogue box and it just sits in a perpetual loop. Unfortunately, worthless. No recent development, no support, unfortunate. It times out, it gives error codes - I am better offer scanning a photo of my registration and keeping on my phone that way. i got further than some of the others on here. It would not take a gmail address, said it was invalid. Then I used an old email, and it was recognized by their system. I entered an old password, and got in but no matter what I do, I cannot add a vehicle in this system. And in TN, we do not a title number associated with our license registration .
