## Autobiographer Reviews in United States

### *---- "Paid Subscription No App"
I have a year subscription which is not cheap. Unfortunately app doesn’t work. You load it and it says error to either try again or contact support. I’ve contacted support and sent them 2 emails so far with ZERO response. I even tried going through the support button on this app page and there it says you typed the website wrong. I typed nothing. I just clicked on THEIR support tab on this page. $100 dollars for no ability to use the app and with zero customer support….this is a scam.

### *---- "Can’t login"
After downloading and creating an account with Apple then I try to login and it just hangs. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
-- El Pablo1, 2026-05-09

### *---- "Security/privacy concerns"
I have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully and have decided not to use this app. The policies grant the company a broad license to use, modify, and share any content I upload, including personal and biographical information. They also state that my data may be used for AI training, shared with business partners, and transferred in the event of a merger or sale.

While I understand that some data use is necessary for AI apps, the policies do not clearly guarantee anonymization, and deletion of my content may not fully remove all copies. Because of these broad rights and the potential for indefinite retention or third-party use, I do not feel comfortable using this service. I hope the company considers clarifying data usage and providing stronger privacy protections.

### ***** "Exceptional"
I cannot believe how quickly and accurately it captures my end of the conversation. Additionally, the questions it develops and asks you based on these personal experiences is astounding!

Request: if able, integrate into Apple fitness as mindfulness. These sessions are better than the ones available from Apple.
-- Euda1mon1a, 2025-02-27

### ***** "I hope"
Fantastic app. I just hope their privacy claims are legit and survive PE sales.
-- WFBuckley, 2025-02-24

### ***** "Almost Better Than A Therapist"
I was turned onto this app by my partner who found it very engaging and helpful and I knew I had to give it a try. Not only is this helping me get my story out, it’s making connections I had never made before and asking very insightful questions that are helping me process through parts of my story. I’m loving it and can’t wait to see the final product.
-- lovidiri, 2025-01-20

### ***-- "Not worth the money"
This app is not worth the money. After confirming my info, I could no longer edit it and names were incorrectly spelled due to the fact that I spoke my words.
-- yoshilady, 2024-12-09

### ***** "Fantastic App"
This is a well designed app with a great purpose. It’ll help by grandfather tell his story with ease!
-- ArturoLew, 2024-11-01

### ***** "Wonderful way to preserve and explore your memories and ideas"
I’ve been surprised while using this app. It helps me articulate memories and ideas while having a pleasant conversation with AI. It feels like you are talking to a good friend or a sophisticated writer.
-- Fisnik Batusha, 2024-11-01

### **--- "Good concept, needs a lot of work."
(This is reviewed after spending roughly 25 hours on the app)

✅Good idea, not many like it. This is the best executed version of this idea. The UI is amazing, beautiful and simple.

✅The ai originally was very fun to talk to, and it helps jog memories long forgotten.

✅Their support team is helpful, quick, and obviously cares for their product.

✅The summaries of the conversations you have with the AI are amazing, the AI seems to always summarize everything similar as if I put my thoughts into text, even if the words are not very eloquent or they’re broken thoughts at times. Absolutely brilliant and I can’t stress that enough.

❌My main issue with this app is reliability. Out of the two weeks I’ve been using it so far, it’s been completely unusable for 10 days. That’s a 71% failure rate for a $200/year product.

I would compare this app (price wise, not use wise) to an app like ForeFlight, which is an incredibly detailed, real time, complex yet reliable application including things like the most detailed map of the US at your finger tips, insanely accurate and detailed weather from across the globe, extensive information about thousands of airports and how they operate, plus the dozens of other uses inside the app.

However, running ai is not cheap in the slightest, and I’m not sure what API they’re using, but it seems on par with some of the more top of the line AI models, and therefore I think a good chunk of the price is justified. For $200 a year though, I would expect some much more serious quality control.

❌Even when the app became usable again, the AI got stuck in a loop, repeating similar questions about 2-3 minor events from my story, to the point where it got unbearable to have a conversation with. Originally, this app was a lot of fun, but at the end (last 10,000 words of my story) it felt like a chore.

❌When finished (after talking to this robot for dozens of hours) with my story, I expected to be greeted with a loading screen, leading me to my AI-generated story based on my 50,000 words that I could read and download. This was not the case, and it just showed a message along the lines of “Your story is complete! Contact support for help creating your story.” I did contact support, and it seemed like what I originally thought would happen, WAS supposed to happen. But it didn’t. Very disappointing after so much time spent with the app.

✅I do however, have a lot of faith that this app will improve over time. The things I would like to
