Good, but limited

MC Brobbey on

The chords are only based on the western modes, and they’re is only 4 chords in a progression. I would like mixing non-diatonic chords in with the diatonic chords.

Great tool

freeRirry on

Always comes in handy almost daily

Uhhhh not that good actually

Andy You Goonie!!!! on

It only allows you to create chord progressions with four chords and you can’t add any chords from a different Key.

Simple yet VERY effective app

This is one of my fav apps to mess around with chords and write music with. The free version is even excellent! Highly recommend

How can I create a progression with more than 4 chords?

狗肉竟然 on

Looks like even with customized progression, I can only do 4 chords at most.

Amazing. Inspiration!

Great for my jamming

whitehawk1 on

This has been a great app for playing along with. It’s generated some great leads and wonderful chord progression ideas. What an effective practice app!

Tempo

Anime Tech on

The only thing keeping this from being perfect is that you can’t set the time signature when on auto play. Everything is in 4/4. Expanding the auto play features for the metronome would be absolutely amazing.

No piano chord inversions

CarbonFiberGuitar on

Nice app for learning root position chords. A real pianist when playing a chord sequence will choose inversions that minimize hand movement. That’s what I was hoping this would do. Unfortunately, this app doesn’t do that.
