See other rating for exact details of my experience. It’s like this app was partially developed and never completed, or it got a bug that was never fixed. It should just be deleted from the App Store because it’s a huge waste.

Just say you don’t care about your customers!! This app is embarrassing, can’t even login!
Horrible
When you log in, it automatically takes you to a page to change your password. After changing the password it takes you back to log in page. It’s a never ending cycle!

Forever changing password request
Worked fine when first downloaded now every single time I log in I am asked to change my password. Then when I log in it again asks me to change my password! Cannot move past this screen to access app. Fix asap!

I’m in the same position as the other person. I login and it prompts me to change my password and answer security questions which I know are right. Piece of crap app.
Special
Created account to get my card info, mainly my member ID number. Made it to the address section and the app crashed. Restarted it and says account already exist. Tried to login and tells me it’s wrong. Try to reset password, but needs my Member ID number. THAT IS WHY I SIGNED UP, I DON’T HAVE IT!

The whole reason I downloaded it was to view my ID cards. You can’t view anything , waste of an app. Need to do some serious updating
