When I enter the correct password it takes me to the page to change my password, when I do it takes me back to the login screen. Once at the login screen I try to enter the new password and says it is incorrect, then I try the old password, also incorrect. Then when I try to go to forgot my password I can get all the way to the “answer this question,” part and there is no questions just a box to enter an answer. I tried all the answers for the security questions but none of them work. I can get into it on my computer but it never works on my phone. How are we suppose to lose our insurance cards and still not be able to access them?
