Is Autopay free?
Yes, Autopay is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Autopay legit?
⚠️ The Autopay app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Autopay works great except charging cannot be started from the app. I might forget to start the charging because it is sometimes automatic and sometimes not. There’s no way to remotely start the charging even if I have the charger ID. So I have to walk a couple of blocks back and forth in the finnish weather just to start the charger. Remote charger start would be trivial to implement. Once remote charging start is added this will turn into 5/5 stars review.

Todella epäluotettava sovellus. Aina pitää varmistaa että maksu on suoritettu. Välillä sovellus ei jostain syystä peri maksua eikä korttia voi lisätä/poistaa.
Useless
Offers no extra functionality over the website. Was hoping for it would support Apple Pay so I could pay for my parking charge (their credit card system is not working again), but nah, they don’t support it.
Bad Customer Service + Misleading Adverts
I only downloaded the app because of a promo for 5 free parking hours. I followed the instructions and signed up for an account during my visit. However when I left 4 hours later, I was asked to pay almost €15.
When I contacted support, they said that I had to add my card details and sign up to automatic payments to get the free 5 hours. This wasn’t indicated to me in anyway during the sign-up process. Only in the small text of a sign I saw on my way out of the car park.
What’s worse is that when I asked if I could do those steps now, they said that it is too late. Apparently I had no choice but to pay the extra 15 euros.
I was eager to give this app a chance as its features sound convenient but I should have listened to the other reviews. Deleted my account and will stick to the other apps and ticket machines in future.
Okay’ish
Works fine when there’s a screen when entering garage so I know the parking started. Today I luckily saw a small autopay logo on some sign so I didn’t pay with Parkman and get charged twice.
You ABSOLUTELY should add notifications to the app so the customer gets notified when parking starts to avoid this.
Take money, do nothing
€1 per email receipt? Seriously? You’re masters in making money from air!
Why is there no Apple Pay in payment options?
BTW, why should I type the license plate number every time I want to check unpaid parking? I already added it to my profile.
Autopay park&charge is convenient
It's really easy to charge an electric car while parking! The system recognizes the car by itself and all you need to do is to connect the cable to the car.
Bedrövligt och bedrägeri varning
Helt oacceptabelt hur en app kan fungera på det här sättet. Krångel med betalning är mycket vanligt kring användarna och skulle inte vara otippat om det var genomtänkt ifrån Autopays sida för få förseningavgifter. Undvik om möjligt och annars betala avgiften direkt på plats om går och undvik appen!

Kom igen. Det viktigaste ni ska göra är att se till att kunderna kan registrera sig. Ni kan inte ens fixa det.
