## Autzu Reviews in Canada

### *---- "They are withdrawing money from your credit card without your permission."
Be careful before renting a car. They have made up their own rules. Even though the make, model, and class of the car they will give you are not specified, if you cancel your reservation just one minute after booking, they charge you 130 dollars
-- qwzxüğişçö, 2025-10-08

### *---- "They’re out of business"
All five star ratings are fake. Do not rent their cars, fraud and they’re out of business in the Toronto area. This is what happens when you don’t know how to change with the times, you’re out of business and I hope they get the karma for all they money took from others.
-- weird Slave, 2025-08-28

### *---- "They are out of business!!!"
Don’t waste your time on this app. They are no longer in operation, no customer service to talk to, no cars to actually rent, but the app is still up and available to take your money. Not an authorization either, the system will post it, so that it will be incredibly difficult to get your money back.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!
-- safekana, 2025-07-16

### *---- "Scam"
This company is a scam—believe me, do not install the app. I’m editing my review because they have already scammed me once, and now they’re doing it again with my second booking. They continue to take money from my account without resolving my previous issue. There was no car available when I went to the garage, and you can’t even cancel within 24 hours. They keep attempting the transaction every other day. What kind of world are we living in where this is allowed?
-- John marecella, 2025-05-13

### *---- "Worse company ever"
Paid for 14 hours and was never able to access the car, placed calls, left chat messages and no answers, I was charged $ 130, I never got my money back and no one is even responding to the phone call I making, no response to my emails and no response to my chats. You should be ashamed to take money from hardworking people like myself.
-- Patrick kaz, 2025-04-26

### *---- "Operates like a scam"
Booked a car. Money was deducted. Went to pick up the car and there were no cars to be seen. Tried to reach customer car through chat support and email. Absolutely no response. So, money deducted, no service received, and no way to get it back from them apart from filing a transaction dispute.
-- PriyoBan®, 2025-04-24

### *---- "The worse customer service"
This corporation are too quick to take their money and yet 100% not reachable to dispute.
-- Ira0009, 2025-04-03

### *---- "Charged me $455 ???"
I attempted to see pricing so i started the booking process, it said $6.67 an hr but no total price so i pressed continue to see the total price. All of a a trip is booked and they want a $455 cancellation fee. Horrible company
-- arcanezaid, 2025-03-25

### *---- "BAD Customer Service"
I was assigned a Damaged/Dirty car and reported, waited hour and half in the cold weather, support team didn’t respond till next 6 hours (when writing review), money was withdrawn from card….lets see where it ends up!
-- Mohammad Hossain, Toronto, 2025-03-19

### *---- "WORST SERVICE and SUPPORT"
Used the app for very first time and had a such a poor experience which I didn’t expected. Prices are too high. What ever you will earn from the app,You will end up paying for the vehicle.
-- Neet saini, 2024-12-21
