The product is great but the app is horribly developed. You cannot select the proper date when trying to enter information. You have to select the date to the right of the date you want, and it won’t let you select saturdays or sundays. Every time i sync my data, it says the data sync failed even though it didn’t. The accuracy of this app is vital and these bugs are a cause for concern.

I love the user experience and Ava! I enjoy the helpful articles as well however recently they’ve all turned into Spanish and refuse to change back to English in the app. I’ve changed the settings to English but still nothing. Some help/guidance would be helpful!

Purchased after I went off birth control to track my cycle/ fertility. At first it was accurate and very helpful. But then the band broke. Contacted customer service — they sent a new band…great. Bracelet worked again for awhile. Got pregnant and suddenly my bracelet stopped working. It no longer will hold a charge overnight, nor will it ready my data when it does actually work all night. I have tried to repair my bracelet and update the software but it’s never “found” to do so even though it’s charged. Frustrating to say the least. Don’t waste your money on this bracelet as it will stop working after a few months 😡 Would not recommend purchasing the bracelet. Find something else.

The app simply doesn’t work. The watch itself is also extraordinarily problematic: 1. Terrible battery life: you have to charge it for 2 hours twice a day to keep it from dying. 2. Not water resistant. Who even does that in 2023? 3. Doesn’t auto synchronized in the background. Again, it’s 2023. Like, seriously? 4. The worst of all: ridiculously expensive for something that doesn’t work 5. You can’t return it if you don’t like it. No Grace period, nothing. If you open it you’re stuck with a $300 piece of trash -1000/10. Don’t buy

Around a month in I started getting errors every since morning when I tried to sync. I hadn’t changed anything, but all of the sudden the bracelet had issues. I reached out and someone initially got back to me asking questions which I answered and then they never responded. I’ve sent them 8 emails in the last 16 days about these now daily error messages with no response. Unacceptable customer service when you pay $$$ for a product. Don’t waste your money.

Will never respond or fix issues with bracelet. So disappointing.

I regret buying this. The app is horrible, the algorithm is always wrong, the watch never syncs or turns on properly. Everything about this product is horrendous quality + premium pricing. They are scamming women TTC absolutely horrible. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!!

I was really excited to get this arch at first but I was a little disappointed. The watch has to be charged after every use. Also, there is no analysis report about what your individual readings mean. At most, it will say - HR went up 3 days in a row, but that doesn’t really tell you any Information. It would be much more helpful to actually have an analysis that explains what is happening to your body. I understand they have a legend to tell you what each biophysical measurement means, but without providing a report explaining what it means for YOUR body, the raw data isn’t helpful. I would not recommend.

Keep having problems with the bracelet, you can only contact costumer service through email and I ended up having to wake up in the middle of the night 3 times to charge the bracelet because it would die. It’s been working ok since then but the information you get it’s helpful, I asked to see if I could send it back because when I got the bracelet the screws were missing and it wouldn’t stay on but they don’t let you send it back once you open the box, even if it doesn’t work. I would just track w test strips and avoid the stress the bracelet causes.
