My husband has recently Gone completely and permanently deaf at age 42. We are using this platform to speak in House. We can no longer function on this app because we are prompted after every use sometimes mid conversation to leave feedback. I choose one star every time because of the errors and the disturbance. Please make it stop. It’s a mockery of those hard of hearing to have to stop the conversation to leave one star every single time due to frustration.

It just cannot keep up with a speaker while they are talking. Looks like it starts to lag or something. It falls behind and misses a lot. Also, many of the words are initially correct but then they are ‘corrected’  to an incorrect similar sounding word. So, this would be a great app i would pay for if it actually worked. I’m so deaf. Can’t hear anything hardly. Please keep trying.

I'm deaf from birth, and I live in Russia. I've been lip-reading all my life. But I can't read many people, and my social isolation has been growing. I've tried all the transcription apps, and yours is the best! It's making it much easier for me to communicate. Thank you for your hard work! I wish you all the best! P.S. But it keeps showing the message Connecting... and I've found two servers from your list that are not working. P.P.S. The "orange Connecting..." problem has been solved! It turns out that if you create an account through Apple, the problem appears. However, if you create an account through email, the problem disappears!

I tried this with Japanese and Mandarin but it just cannot handle more than 3 words at a time without a break. I had it listen to about a paragraph worth of text and it translated 5 words, and it kept trying to correct itself. Wow, what a fail. Hopeless.

This app may work with Android but it does NOT work with iPhone! Tried several times to connect and it just won’t.  Contacted customer service and they don’t seem to care. Save your money and don’t purchase this software.  Has high hopes but they’ve all been crushed.
