## AvantStay Vacation Rentals Reviews in United States

### ***** "house"
i love the app and the house they have ❤️❤️❤️
-- butterfly 🦋 43, 2024-08-28

### ***** "BEAUTIFUL!!"
This house was beautiful! The back porch and fire pit was so much fun! The pool, pool table, arcade, and theater room was all on one floor so the kids LOVED it!! 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms it was so big!! We will definitely be back
-- Sevierville 24, 2024-07-17

### ***** "Telluride stay at Etta Place 1"
I love the location. The condo was large for 4 and with all that we need. We would stay here again and highly recommend this place..
-- Houston0707, 2024-07-12

### ***-- "Shoreline"
Location of home was outstanding, convenient to the beach and Belmont Park. Wonderful place to walk.
The home itself is a great size for a large group. Home needs maintenance and deep cleaning. The appliances need to be replaced. There are 2 dishwashers and both were broken. AvantStay sent paper plates, bowls, cups and silverware which helped but with 14 people there was still a lot of hand dishwashing that had to be done. The dryer took hours to dry anything and it made a lot of noise. The patio has dead plants and the outdoor spa did not look inviting. It was a good space, but for the money we paid the home should have been in much better shape.
-- Laura from Phoenix, 2024-07-09

### *---- "Be careful. Awful customer service"
AvantStay ruined our vacation. We booked a property ten months in advance of a festival to secure lodging in an extremely small town. Five months later, AvantStay emailed us saying our reservation was cancelled due to the property being delisted.

Instead of moving us into another property, we were left to fend for ourselves. There were no affordable options available for us to stay anymore, and AvantStay only offered us a 5% discount on booking a new place (which would still mean paying 50% more than we originally did).

I’m completely disgusted by how they treat their customers, and even though I’ve had good experiences with them in the past I will never been booking again with AvantStay.

Be warned.

And Tere, if you’re reading this, thank you for ruining our vacation!!!
-- CineManager, 2024-05-08

### **--- "Kicked out of app."
This app kicks me out every time I click on details. Can not see details.
-- Stuffeding, 2024-05-06

### ***** "Dwight in Phoenix"
Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Was very clean. Everything went as planned without any issues
-- Car5rental, 2024-02-02

### ***** "App was great, but stopped working"
The app no longer opens after the latest iOS update. Today is 12/10/2023. The app opens, shows the splash screen, then closes immediately. I am running iOS 17.1.2 (21B101) on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Hope it gets fixed soon!
-- Business Girly, 2023-12-10

### *---- "They will charge you extra"
Never use this company, they will charge you extra money on top of a $200 cleaning fee just to vacuum.
-- Nodbugger, 2023-11-11

### ***-- "App crashing"
I’ve been attempting to open the app for over two weeks now and the app won’t open on the latest IOS

Otherwise, while it was working it was fine.
