They take your money, give you a service that doesn’t work (my PC still got a virus and now doesn’t even turn on), and then make it impossible for you to cancel. While on the app in my account it shows that i have my subscription, when I go to cancel it the website shows “no active subscriptions” (yet it still charges me $80).

The app layout is really great and it’s definitely user-friendly. The only thing I don’t like is the automated system It keeps telling me that I’m not hooked up to a VPN which I am. I know that 100% lol keeps trying to pull fast ones on me with it’s fibbing but I would definitely say The product looks good. The owner employees and customer service were amazing 4 1/2 stars for sure thanks for keeping us safe
Can open the app but it is stuck on the rate the app page. Nothing on the page works. Can’t even “x” out of it. Update: Finally went to Home Screen after leaving app open for a while. Update again: Since closing app, opening it gives a Home Screen with no info. Closing and opening again, app crashes.

App so clunky it won’t load. Vpn is solid between phone and computer, other services are great, but can’t get the mobile app to load.

It’s good! It gives you the basic stuff, and doesn’t make you pay for it. You pay for more security, if you want, but it gives you the basics. That’s my experience, at least.
