Final update. Again, I am told to use a link that does not work. I have used countless hours. All could have been solved smoothly if Avast had a hotline, not a dropdown menu that ends with having to make call that the user must pay for. I will take my loss, about 100 USD, not including the cost for a new credit card.

I have tried to use the link Avast provided numerous times but it does not work… Third review and still stock between a rock and a hard place. The link Avast provided did not work. I have lost USD 100+ and my bank has informed that I will need a new credit card to avoid being billed every year. There are a mess of dropdown menus, none of which I can usu. Ok, jeg skulle have nyt modem.
Men det er jo det mindste, og nu er jeg og husstanden sikret.
AVAST lukker jo ikke venner, der er hacket eller på anden måde inficeret ude.
Hele tiden kommer der på Facebook venneanmodninger fra venner jeg ER venner med.
Og pludselig søger jeg så venskaber, uden at Ane hvordan det sker.
