Kaufe rund um die Uhr, schnell und flexibel mit der avec 24/7: Scannen & Bezahlen App ein. In ausgewählten avec Stores scannt du am Eingang den QR-Code, um die Türe zu öffnen und erfasst die Barcodes deiner ausgewählten Produkte direkt mit deinem Mobiltelefon. Die Bezahlung erfolgt ebenfalls direkt über die App, damit du bei deinem Einkauf zusätzlich Zeit sparst.

Für 'ne App die mit Rund um die Uhr wirbt und dabei kein Laden hat, der Rund um die Uhr offen ist, ist Müll. Wohne neben einen und kann mach nach 23 Uhr nicht reingehen bzw. erst um 8 macht es auf!

Ich finde die App okay. Der Kundenservice läuft einwandfrei. Leider funktioniert das System nur bedingt, die Ehrlichkeit der Leute ist das Problem. Zentralbibliothek ZH...bezahlt gefühlt nur jeder 2te. Man sollte erst zahlen. Dann nehmen / Kaffee ziehen können. Es ist sehr frustrierend wie manche Schauspielern bezahlt zu haben. Oder noch dreister einfach Kaffee ziehen und gehen.

Die hälfte der Barcodes wurden von der App nicht erkannt. Und mehrere Produkte sind bereits abgelaufen. Im Shop am Schaffhauserplatz in Zürich war eine Rittersport Schokolade schon seit drei Monaten abgelaufen. Hundslausig!

Jeden tag, einfach jeden tag ab ca. 05:00, wenn die Mitarbeiter/innen von Avec denn laden betreten um Gipfeli usw aufzubacken deaktivieren sie denn QR-code an der tür und schliessen die tür bis 06:00 hinter sich ab.
Ich bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit der app, nur müssen entweder die Mitarbeiter angewiesen werden, oder die Beschriftung zu 23/7 geändert werden.

Die schlechte Bewertung kommt daher, das ich genau zu dieser zeit am meisten darauf angewiesen wäre das es klappt.

Es sind dauernd Produkte „(noch?) nicht bezahlbar“ und teilweise PLÖTZLICH NICHT MEHR BEZAHLBAR. Entweder stimmt was bei der App nicht oder es läuft sonst was falsch. Ich werds mir in Zukunft aber 3 mal überlegen bevor ich wieder in einen Avec gehe. Die Idee wäre gut. Die App nicht 👎
