   •  Locate the nearest available bike or dock based on your geolocation. 
   •  Mark specific stations as favorites to easily and quickly see availabilities. 
   •  Create a new bike share account or login to an existing account to be able to: 
      ○  Rent bikes directly from the app in just a few seconds 
      ○  Request extra time at full stations to be able to dock your bike at a nearby station 
      ○  See details of current trip and trip history

À chaque les vélos sont en maintenance ou alors l’électrique s’arrête en plein milieu du chemin donc on peut plus pédaler. Conclusion, obligée de prendre le bus et de payer en plus de l’abonnement, ridicule.

My wife and I decided to spend a weekend in Quebec City and planned to do a bike tour. I downloaded the app, signed up for the per-minute plan for two bikes, and paid a $200 deposit.

However, I was never able to unlock two bikes. I called customer service, but the representative was unfamiliar with the app. She eventually told me that she didn’t have access to the app and asked if I had a personal computer – all while I was standing at the bike station in the park. Meanwhile, the first bike we unlocked kept charging us while we waited for the second bike. After 42 minutes of waiting, we had already been charged $12.09, even though the bike was sitting right next to us.

The representative couldn’t solve the issue and suggested I use the payment kiosk near the station. I went there, but it was out of order. On top of all this, they refused to reimburse the $12.09.

Overall, it was a terrible experience that cost me over an hour of frustration, $12.09, and a $200 deposit that I’m still waiting to get back.

Des jeux de base on se fait prendre 100 $, aussitôt qu’on prend un vélo pis on se on se fait donner juste une semaine plus tard notre argent après ça il y a des frais de 30 scène à chaque minute qui ne sont pas mentionner quand ont loue le vélo ça m’a coûté au total 110 $ pour 30 minutes de vélo je ne le conseille à personne c’est le pire achat de ma vie

Je suis un utilisateur assidu du transport en commun car je n’ai pas de voiture personnelle et comme j’utilise une voiture pour le travail et que je monte souvent en haute ville le bus est pour moi le meilleur moyen, bien que les bus ne sont jamais à l’heure et jamais assez efficace. Je voulais tester ce week-end 9 juillet 2023 à vélo avec ma carte de bus du RTC et visiblement malgré le passe mensuel de 95$, je n’ai pas réussi ou pas put prendre un vélo dans Limoilou pour aller en haute ville. Alors les LED sont invisibles avec le gros soleil, on ne sait pas si il ne déverrouille pas car il est en charge (il devrait clignoter rouge) où bien si il ne déverrouille pas parce que je ne me suis pas inscrit sur l’application. Pour s’inscrire il faut forcément prendre un forfait alors qu’avec mon passe mensuel du RTC je devrais être capable de déverrouiller automatiquement et RAPIDEMENT un vélo et partir avec. Je fais très souvent du vélo personnellement, le système ne fonctionne pas comme c’est mentionné dans le tutoriel avec la carte RTC (on ne me demande de créer un compte de prendre un abonnement bus-vélo, de passer par la borne de paiement) donc publicité mensongère. Je suis dégoûté et déçu du système vélib de Québec.

Le RTC exige le pauliment debit pour la pas de bus, mais c'est obligatoir d'utiliser une carte de credit pour les velos.. n'importe quoi le RTC son vraiment melé et je suis d'accord avec tous les mauvais commentaire de reviews.
