Installs fine. Entered our company meeting code and get repeated error saying internet not available. Running on home internet Wi-Fi which all my computers are running in just fine. I even turned off the Wi-Fi and used my data on my cell phone and still no success same error. No Internet connection. Extremely frustrating. Uninstall the application reinstalled it. Still no luck.

We have been using the software for our conferences, and overall it is pretty good. BUT the push notifications for mass alerts is VERY hot and miss. First will go through to attendee phones, but then the rest will only show up in the app inbox. Doesn’t seem to matter how phones are set. Very frustrating!

If you are using such an app to keep track of an agenda at an event you might launch it every hour or so for your next session location. But this app wants to completely restart every time. You have to reload the event, reload the agenda... Needs a lot of polish.

Great experience from start to finish for me. Very clean and easy to navigate and worked with a hitch!

About the present the app in a company meeting and the demo view that you are supposed to download and enter the code to preview doesn’t work at all. For anyone.

Very frustrating experience

I can’t find an area in the app to provide app feedback. So here it is. The agenda section has refresh issues that are really annoying. At an event I’m checking the agenda often and every time I open it, it glitches for 2-3 seconds as it refreshes. Causing me to jump up and down in the agenda. Also, please auto scroll the agenda to the current date and time. A week long conference with hourly events makes for a lot of scrolling. The maps section needs to allow you to zoom in. I can’t read room names.

Hi there! It looks like your customer support form on your website is broken, I keep getting a time out error message and am in need of some help! I got logged out of my app automatically during a conference yesterday and don't have access to my leads anymore! The username and password that I originally used doesn't work anymore, can someone help me get back into my account so I can export my leads please? Thank you!

Very nice work on this app. Love the UI. It’s clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Great aesthetic as well. I do have one concern. It seems that after entering a phone number (Meow Meetup event profile) that I am only able to update, not remove it. I wasn’t aware that info would be public when I first added it. For now I just changed it to 99999999.

Two of the primary functions of an event app are missing or so cumbersome as to be difficult to use. Location of sessions does not appear in the app. If I want to find the location of a session, I have to find a person or wander around until I get lucky to see the sign beside the room. Slides from presentations are not available in the app. Most slides are not uploaded, and the only way to view them is to have the app email them to me, then open the email, then open the attachment. I hope our professional organization will use a better app next time! Kathy R, NC
