## AvertX GO! Reviews in United States

### *---- "Mehh camera system, needs update"
Bought camera system from Costco, cheap quality, expensive add-on camera, terrible apple app with very old Platform. Android app is way better. Wish there was a desktop app for 24/7 viewing. There are better cheaper systems out there.
-- Dhyanrules3, 2024-04-06

### *---- "Absolute garbage"
This app caters to Droids. Works great on husbands droid. Doesn’t work on my iPhone at all. No way would I upgrade my home security with this system. What’s the point if I can’t see anything from my phone.
-- KMW0506, 2020-11-01

### ***-- "Stopped Working"
The app stopped working ever since the newest Apple update came out. Please update your app regularly and make it more user-friendly for Apple users. Thank you
-- Netranger007, 2020-10-04

### ***** "*Revised#."
*Installed the update today and all appears to work as it should. Very satisfying

Been struggling with this app for couple of years. Crashes constantly, freezes during playback, very frustrating. Next purchase I will pay more attention to the app. Currently using an iPhone 8 Plus

### *---- "Crashes after a few seconds"
Like everyone else is reporting this app crashes after a few seconds please update it!
-- timmer1992, 2018-05-16

### *---- "Crashes and battery drain!"
Crashes pretty much every time I use it on a 6s. You can also literally watch the battery percentage drop after opening the app.
-- turnerpunk, 2018-05-09

### *---- "Horrible"
Did avertx stop caring? This app crashes Instantly once you switch to single camera. It’s useless. We invested in your expensive camera system you need to invest in this app.
-- J$Marie, 2018-04-22

### *---- "Awful App!"
Crashes, won’t pull up cameras. Bad customer service. They try to blame it on the internet company. It’s a problem with the app! Now I have to save money to buy a whole different system. I need to be able to view cameras from off location and this app does NOT allow that!
Only gave it one start because I had to. Otherwise, it doesn’t deserve a star at all!
-- kjrid, 2018-04-19

### *---- "Used To Be Good!"
Does fine when working. The app crashes my phone. Have to do multiple hard resets to get it to respond. No pint in having this app if you cant use it. If there is an emergency, good luck. Wont recommend until it gets fixed!

### *---- "Barely works, slow, and they came out with a new one... not for us"
It's always great when a company like this Takes it's loyal customers and screw them. This app which is horrible, and full of bugs. Needs to be redone. Instead they are taking their new app and only allowing the new units to use it"proconnect"
