This app is very important because it protects my phone, it seems I can not add my purchased AVG Vpn on this app, AVG mobile security.
The rudest chat representative ever
I had issues with this company taking an unauthorized upsell payment and I needed it reversed. I had the rudest chat rep ever. I have tried for 2 days to reach the company to show them screenshots of the rep calling me rude names. They won’t reply to email, their phone reps can’t take a complaint and they don’t respond on instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn. Good luck if you have an issue.
Not great
I put this on my PC And they charge you for each product you want ! It’s ridiculous !!!! Why not put everything in one package !! I had so much trouble changing password also ! I’m looking for something else ! I was hacked in 2019/2020…. It didn’t protect me !
