Se cierra sesión constantemente y no registra las millas inmediatamente, me toca siempre solicitarlas lo cual es tedioso
Pérdida de equipaje, y mal equipo en el aeropuerto
No llegó mi equipaje al destino, y han pasado días y no la encuentran, llamas y te dicen que no pueden hacer nada, de echo en el aeropuerto es un caos, ponen muchos vuelos a la misma hora y a la hora de hacer el check in es un caos, honestamente nunca más viajaré con ellos

Estafan a la gente los mismos trabajadores de allí sobre venden vuelos y no te solucionan nada son unos ladrones

Avianca habla de puntualidad pero gran parte de sus vuelos se atrasan es un aerolínea peor que low cost porque es caro y no dan nada
