A great app but even after re-downloading the app notification badge remains. It is really annoying! Please can you fix this ASAP!

After I converted some of my Nectar points to Avios, the badge count appeared but no way to get rid of it unless I turn it off though Settings. Please fix it.

Overall the app is ok but I cannot get rid of a notification (bubble on the app on Home Screen on iOS)regardless of the fact I have clicked on all new notifications. Have tried logging out and back in and deleting and re adding the app.

When it comes to trying to book or looking for available flights, this app has been useless for many many years. In a nutshell you have to enter your BA membership number and password for every single search. This is so frustrating and surely could be solved easily. This morning it keeps letting me get past the search but then when it says checking availability it say it’s having technical problems and send you to your live chat where you speak to a bot who cannot tell the difference between cannot and cancel. This app behaves like it was developed by a nursery class and the developers should be embarrassed. Please can you sort it out

Rubbish system - you frequently have to chase to be awarded Avios you are owed (this used to be automatic, but now seems to take up to 3 months), and even when they are awarded you’ll often be sent emails your Avios are being cancelled for a list of reasons that don’t apply to your purchase. Leaves you with zero incentive to use.

Hate this app, I get the “you have a notification” number next to the app and when you go into the app can you find it, NO! What are you telling me Avios!!!

Why does every update not fix the constant notification badge bug? Normally signing out and back in normally fixes it or opening and closing the app quickly but not with this latest update.

The shopping app was great, not sure what has happened during the avios changeover. Can’t log in, can’t ask for new login or change password - deleted the app, reinstalled in. A complete waste of my time!

Since the update to Avios it sends me to a previously opened tab! Therefore I can’t use it! It used to work brilliantly before it became Avios. I have tried the suggestions from a. Year ago and it still does not work. Therefore it’s currently not for for purpose. Any support?

I don’t understand how 2 major brands like British Airways and American Express can’t have an app that does what says on the tin! The website is just as bad, it makes spending your Avios such a chore where you have to quit the app/refresh the website many, many times.
