## Avios Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Could not set alert error"
I’ve been trying to add an alert to various different flight dates that aren’t currently available. However, I keep getting an error saying ‘Could not set alert’ :-/
-- Efsteiner, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Unable to sign up on the app"
I’ve tried several times but I’m unable to sign up. I fill in the form , then I’m asked to check my email to activate my account but no emails come through. I’ve tried several times and I really want to know how many Avios points I have accumulated
-- _Idara, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Can’t use the app"
The app won’t let me login. I sign in to my avios account, where it prompts me to then sign into my BA executive club account in browser - without then linking me back to the app. If I reopen the app the cycle starts again!
-- Avios disappointment, 2025-01-01

### ***-- "Needs updating"
Avios should allow users to view the tickets that they’ve raised when a purchase that’s been made doesn’t track. It’s confusing because you have to wait to raise it in the beginning and because you can’t go into your account and view what you have, you often end up forgetting. It’s almost 2025, this should be within the account already.
-- RoboHosko, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Awful changes"
It would be easier to break into Fort Knox than get into my own account. Ridiculous hoops to jump through. Apparently, despite being so concerned for my online privacy, my password was involved in a data leak but the app won’t let me change it. Since the change from BA Exec Club app to Avios, this app has just been unusable.
-- ffsgbnhfcc, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Updates? No. Downdates? Yes."
Virtually unusable with the latest update. It’s all over the place when trying to book flights. Get a grip Avios.
-- flossienana, 2024-11-30

### ****- "Now Working on iPhone Minis"
The flight search function DOES now work on iPhone minis - thank you for fixing this bug
-- fartoomanyusers, 2024-11-26

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Whenever it loads it always says ‘something went wrong’ so I always use the browser version
-- Avios app, 2024-11-24

### ***-- "Not properly formatted for iPhone"
Some features of this app such as reward seat alerts are not not properly formatted for iPhone mini.
-- MichaelBrendan123, 2024-11-23

### *---- "Verify identity fault"
It was working fine until the app updated. Now it asks for a code from my preferred one-time password app, which I haven’t set. It allows me to try an alternative method by using a recovery code but I do not have one. Reading online it seems many are in the same position. I have spoken to BA and they bizarrely suggested I email them. I haven’t heard back after 4 days. I need it fixing soon as I’m missing out on collecting and using Avios.
