I recently purchased a robotic arm kit, but unable to register the product even after multiple attempts. After scanning the QR code it says to fetch the code. It’s not user friendly.

I purchased this kit and facing below issues:
1. Not able to register device after scanning code from instruction book. “Fetch code” button does not get code even after successfully connecting to device over Bluetooth.
2. Not able to change user name.
3. Basically this kit is not usable without registering.
