Aviva DigiCare+ offers a range of complimentary health and wellbeing benefits provided by carefully selected partners (some optional benefits may incur a charge). It’s available to customers who have taken out an Aviva personal protection policy (excluding Simple Life Insurance) through a financial adviser.

This service has been so perfect for me this weekend. Getting tonsillitis, at the weekend, when gps are closed is so frustrating. I didn’t want to have to sit in a walk in centre for hours, feeling unwell, so being able to book a private online GP appointment , and have my symptoms discussed and a prescription written in just 10 minutes was amazing

Constant crashing, unable to login
This app constantly crashes on the latest versions of iOS and iPADOS (tested on multiple devices), even before entering my credentials. Emailed support on 18th Jan, it’s now 19th Feb and the issue still not fixed.
App not working
It would not allow me to login, for a technical error. And the app support team have not been able to help. This means I cannot order my health check kit as there is no other way you can do so. What kind of insurance service is this?

I logged a fault over 2 months ago as the app won’t let me log in anymore. Aviva App support can’t find a solution. Although I am dubious as this is a free service if Aviva are that bothered that it isn’t working

I got a call that rang twice and hung up. No text reminder or voicemail. By the time I looked at my phone they hung up. I would like this not to come off my appointment allowance if possible
