 The Aviva DigiCare+ Workplace app, powered by Square Health puts the guidance and care you need to help detect, manage and prevent physical and mental health problems at your fingertips.
 So, you can look forward to a healthier future, by looking after yourself today.

What’s Included:

Health Check - available once every two years, this simple self-administered finger-prick blood test measures 20 key health markers to help identify potential issues early, including diabetes risk, cholesterol levels and liver health.

Digital GP - is a private doctor service providing quick access to clinical advice and guidance in non-emergency situations

Nutritional Consultations - advice and guidance on optimal eating plans, how to change your relationship with food and breaking bad habits.

Mental Health Consultations - to help with many types of issues, from workplace stress to money worries, big life changes and more. Includes bereavement support for the unfortunate times when you need it.

Second Medical Opinion - for an expert opinion on your initial diagnosis and treatment plan. These are UK-based clinicians.

 NOTE: Access to Aviva DigiCare+ Workplace is by invitation only via your employer, if you are insured under their Aviva Group Protection policy, and is a non-contractual benefit Aviva can change or withdraw at any time. Terms & Conditions in-app and must be consented to at registration before using any of the services. Privacy policy can also be viewed in app.

 Aviva DigiCare+ Workplace is available to residents of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, at home or abroad. Must be downloaded in the UK prior to use. (Mobile data charges may apply).

Pathetic app, barely functional with a horrible user interface. Employees are generally rude and unhelpful, and quick to rush you on. Virtual GP appointment timings are few and far between, and usually with atleast a day’s delay. Much better virtual GP providers to be found. Alongside a terrible “medical” company policy with a maximum of two weeks for ALL fitnotes, no matter the cause. Pathetic.

Everything worked fine when I installed months ago, fast forward a few months and I can’t even open the app. It crashes on launch and have tried following the steps mentioned in other reviews about clearing safari cache but with no change. App support link just takes you to the Aviva website with no clear way of contacting app support.
