Had an appointment booked with Dr Rowena Goonetilleke for my 15 year old daughter. I would say she seemed very helpful and supportive. However she was unable to request certain blood tests as she told me she was not permitted to do so. That was disappointing for me as now I need to go to my GP( nightmare to get an appointment ) and see if the NHS would be willing to do these tests. Wonder what I am paying private for!

I set this up using my IOS keychain to store my credentials, now when I go to login the developers have:
Not supported the iOS keychain login 
Don’t allow pasting so any password manager can be used. 

This is laughably bad and I haven’t even managed to log in yet..

EDIT: suggesting I don’t use good security practices in the name of security is completely missing the point of this review. It’s common security best practice to allow password managers to be used.

Utterly useless consultation at 8:36pm logged on at 8:33pm waited until 8:40pm for Dr then message came up advising consultant left or disconnected from call waited a further few minutes for consultant to log back on 

Did not log back on did not get to speak to no one

Keeps signing me out. Has an obstructive approach to signing in, preventing passwords from being pasted from a password manager, so I have to keep my secure/complex password on a pieces of paper and type it in. Well done for making the system both less secure and more frustrating to use. 

Also GP ends up having to phone me because the in app video calling never works.
