I’m sure the intention is all good, but man alive, downloading an application for simply downloading the scans pictures/videos is overkill. ‘Extracting’ the content feels a little manual like I’m on an old computer and it’s all after getting into the app. The early 2000s cgi Scottish assistant is an odd touch.

Lady assistant voice is driving me mad

I only have this app because it’s linked to my scan photos from two private ultrasounds I’ve done. In that sole sense, it’s fine. But the rest of the app…. WHY CAN YOU NOT TURN THE STUPID SCOTTISH LADY’S VOICE OFF. If you want to use it for any sort of logging or anything pregnancy related it’s the most unusable piece of garbage. Every instruction is read to you by a creepy cartoon woman. Doesn’t matter if your phone is on mute! I only have this for my scan pics and if you are using it for anything other than that, use any one of the other myriad options out there.

I downloaded this app after my visit to Window to the Womb and really loved how I was able to get access to all my scan images and videos. Love all the other features too!

Really useful app which has amazing features that you can use throughout your pregnancy journey.

Used this app with both pregnancies - great how you can keep all your Window To The Womb scan pics and videos in one place! I also love all the extra features such as mood management, and the kicks training 💕

Very problematic and cannot access the report or photos. Had to ask Window to the Womb to send manually. iPhone 13 on ios16.1

Thought this app would be good initially after my gender scan with WTTW, but apparently not. Initially had issues with the code and had to call them for help, which eventually figured itself out. The app then had difficulty loading my scan pictures and digital report, which I had to once again call back for help on. Attempted to purchase my scan pictures on the day of my scan (22nd Oct) and it would not allow me to, it would basically freeze when I tried to click it. As of today (28th Oct) I STILL have not managed to get access to my own scan pictures? So later today (it’s currently 4am) I’m going to have to call the same WTTW branch for assistance once again. I don’t know how I can purchase my scan pictures now, it’s extremely frustrating and this app is a complete let down. The only thing I like on it is the kick counter, that’s literally it. I really did like my appointment at WTTW, the receptionist and female chaperone were really nice and welcoming, but I don’t think i will return for future scans purely because of this stupid app that it’s linked to!! Please fix this🤦🏾‍♀️
