This has been a very frustrating experience. 

After switching from Reliance HMO to AVON, I expected a smooth transition, but the Avon flex app has made even basic tasks unnecessarily difficult. The app frequently fails to load making it hard to access essential information when needed. 

There is no proper back button for easy navigation, and the overall user experience feels incomplete and poorly designed. Most importantly, the app does not reliably display healthcare providers or hospitals… it keeps saying unable to load, which defeats its vote purpose. 

At this point, it is extremely difficult to find and access a healthcare provider on the app without having to close the app, login again and still experience the same thing. This is not just inconvenient, it is concerning for users who may need urgent care. 

I strongly urge the team to address these issues, improve functionality, and prioritize user experience. An app tied to healthcare should be reliable, responsive and easy to use. This current state falls way below that expectation!
