## AvoToast Description
Have you tried to lose weight but got overwhelmed by how hard it is to pick recipes, how much time it takes to cook, how expensive healthy food is, and how hard calorie counting is? AvoToast is here to help. 

AvoToast builds customized meal plans for you based on your preferences and your diet and your allergies. Your meal plan will be full of recipes that are designed to help you lose weight, that are easy to cook, and are less expensive than eating out. You'll be losing weight, saving money, and spending less time cooking than with other apps and meal plans.

No crash diets. No expensive shakes. No giving up carbs forever. Just a meal plan filled with healthy, inexpensive, and easy recipes.

Don't like something? You can replace any meal with the tap of a button, or you can choose recipes on your own. Unlike other calorie counting apps, you'll start your week off with a plan and a shopping list. The recipes are easy to cook, even if you've never cooked before. The recipes rely on cheap but healthy ingredients, so you save money compared to eating out. 

Trying to eat only 1200 calories? AvoToast can support that. Low carb, high protein meals and recipes? AvoToast can do that too! We support low carb, vegetarian, pescatarian, less meat, and omnivore diets. We can also handle dietary restrictions, like shellfish, fish, dairy, peanut, tree nuts, soy, and egg allergies. Soon we will support diabetic restrictions, vegan, paleo, and keto diets. 

AvoToast can use HealthKit to automatically pull your height, weight, date of birth, gender, and calories burned to more actually gauge how much food you should be eating and track your weight loss. AvoToast will pull this information periodically to track your progress and make adjustments each week for your meal plan.

AvoToast is a subscription service. You will have a 1 week free trial. If you don't cancel before that, you will be charged $14.99 and then continue to be charged each month after.

To manage your AvoToast subscription:
1) On your device, go to your Device Settings and then tap ‘iTunes & App Stores’.
2) Tap on your Apple ID.
3) Tap to ‘View Apple ID’.
4) Tap on ‘Subscriptions’.
5) Choose ‘AvoToast’.
6) Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’.

Your subscription will automatically renew if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. A $14.99 purchase will be applied to your iTunes account at the end of the 1 week trial. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime  with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited  if you purchase a subscription.
