Neue Generation der naveo-App: Moderner, schneller und noch besser vernetzt  
 
Als gemeinschaftliche Marke ist naveo die Mobilitätsplattform aller Partnerunternehmen im Aachener Verkehrsverbund (AVV) inklusive Nahverkehr Rheinland. Wissen wann und wo der nächste Bus oder die nächste Bahn fährt? Mit naveo kein Problem – und das passende Ticket kann man auch direkt in der naveo-App buchen. 

Mit der neuen App-Generation wird die Nutzung von Bus und Bahn noch einfacher. Eine vollständig überarbeitete Benutzeroberfläche bietet eine klare, intuitive Navigation und ermöglicht einen schnelleren Zugriff auf alle wichtigen Informationen rund um Ihre Verbindung. Neben der bewährten Fahrplanauskunft und dem digitalen Ticketkauf steht Ihnen auch weiterhin der eTarif eezy.nrw direkt in naveo zur Verfügung.

Auch technisch wurde die App umfassend modernisiert. Optimierte Prozesse sorgen für schnellere Ladezeiten, eine höhere Stabilität und eine insgesamt verbesserte Performance. Die neue Systemarchitektur ermöglicht zudem die konsequente Umsetzung aktueller Sicherheitsstandards und bildet die Grundlage für regelmäßige Weiterentwicklungen.

Mit der neuen Version wird außerdem die multimodale Reiseplanung erweitert. Neben bekannten Sharing-Anbietern werden sukzessive weitere Mobilitätsanbieter in die Routenplanung eingebunden.  

Die bekannten Funktionen sind weiter verfügbar: 
 
+ Fahrkarten für den AVV-Tarif sowie die Pauschalpreistickets des NRW-Tarif können direkt in der App gekauft werden. Direkt aus einer Route heraus oder über den Ticket-Katalog. Weitere Ticket-Angebote werden folgen.
+ Mit easyConnect in naveo auch grenzüberschreitende Bahnfahrten zwischen Köln und Maastricht über die check-in / check-out 

+ Multimodale Auskunft 
- Verbindungsanzeige für Bus & Bahn, Fahrrad, PKW, Car-Sharing (inkl. freier Fahrzeuge an der nächsten Station) oder alle im Mix 
- Immer Anzeige der schnellsten und bestmöglichen Verbindung zum gewünschten Ziel – in NRW adressscharf von Haustür zu Haustür 
 
+ Echtzeitrouting 
- Verbindungsauskünfte zumeist mit Echtzeitangaben 
- Bei möglicherweise nicht mehr klappenden Anschlüssen Anzeige einer alternativen Fahrmöglichkeit 
 
+ Alarmfunktion 
- Einfach Alarmfunktion für eine bestimmte Verbindung oder einen bestimmten Zeitraum aktivieren 
- Bei Verspätungen oder Störungen per Push-Nachricht informiert werden 
 
+ Live-Map 
- Busse & Bahnen mit Linien- und Echtzeitangaben einfach per Live-Karte verfolgen 
- Per Klick auf ein Fahrzeug diesem folgen oder sich den Fahrweg anzeigen lassen

Jeder Schüler würde eine bessere App schreiben. Maximal unintuitiv, keine zusammenhängenden Process Flows (Zahlungsmittel hinterlegen geht nicht ohne Rechnungsadresse -> kein Absprung zum Hinterlegen, sondern einfach Prozessende). Registrierung im Hintergrund über Website und nicht in der App. Wie wäre es mit einem externen Review eures Codes und den EPK? So findet die App vielleicht mehr Akzeptanz

Was eine schlecht programmierte App. Tickets lassen sich mit der Meldung „Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut“ über einen Zeitraum von 8h nicht buchen. Düfte jetzt teuer über die DB App buchen - vielen Dank. Aber hauptsache jeder Verkehrsverbund hat seine eigene App.

In der App steht das der Bus um 7:45 Uhr kommen soll aber auf einmal kommt er doch überhaupt garnicht

Das hat mindestens zehn Versuche gebraucht, bis ich prinzipiell ein Zahlungsmittel hinterlegen konnte. Die Verbindung mit dem Zahlungsmittelbereitsteller hat dann auch nicht funktioniert, weil es einen Systemfehler gab. So etwas darf doch heute nicht mehr passieren.
Fazit: Ich kann mit der App heute nicht fahren. Das ist zwar kein Weltuntergang, aber macht einen extrem schlechten Eindruck.

Bei der Auswahl des Zahlungsmittels geht es einfach nicht weiter. 

Es ist einfacher einen Flug zu buchen als eine Busverbindung zur nächsten Schule.

Update: ich konnte über Umwege ein Zahlungsmittel hinterlegen. Die App hat ein paar coole Features, wie das der Preis direkt in der Übersicht angezeigt wird. Ansonsten frage ich mich aber, was der Unterschied zu Nova App ist, die angeblich abgeschaltet werden soll, aber häufiger Updates bekommt als diese App…

Ursprüngliche Bewertung:
Zahlungsmittel können nicht hinzugefügt werden. Somit nutzlos für das eezyticket. Außerdem: ersetzt die App jetzt movA?

Für Pendler innerhalb des AVV sehr übersichtlich dank Favoriten-Funktion. Allerdings fehlt mir die Möglichkeit, das Deutschland-Ticket im Apple Wallet zu hinterlegen.
