## Awair Home Reviews in United States

### *---- "Connectivity Issues"
The application doesn’t connect after upgrading an iOS device and restoring it from a backup. It must be reinstalled to make it work. Reported the issue to their support a year ago, but they didn’t care to fix the problem.
-- Mr. Dmitrу, 2025-01-02

### **--- "All devices missing from app"
It was working until today. Now I can't see any of my devices.
-- DevIntent, 2024-10-25

### *---- "Make an actual iPad app"
Look the age of phone apps on large screens is over. Considering the price of your devices this app should work easily on iPad and phone format devices. Especially since you don’t let me access anything over the web…
-- Sieabah, 2024-10-13

### *---- "Shows ads on launch"
I was just forced to wait ~10 seconds while the app loaded an advertisement for Awair products before I had to click through in order to check on my sensors. I like these sensors and the app generally works fine, but showing me an ad when I’n just trying to use the app to access my sensors is completely unacceptable.
-- Chaos215bar2, 2024-08-20

### *---- "Unreliable support"
Good device, terrible support. Contacted them and asked fixing widget UI, provided details, but stopped helping because the completely beuqacratic response.
-- Iznanka Infinite, 2024-06-09

### *---- "1st edition"
Had an Awair 1st addition for years worked brilliantly.
Came home from holiday to find the company stopped all support for it overnight and now it’s a useless brick. Cost in excess of $200.
Zero trust in the company and won’t buy any more products from them.
-- Big big Colonel, 2024-04-14

### *---- "Worst App on the planet"
Don’t buy this product! It simply will not stay connected to the Router which 10 feet away. Poor customer service! You can’t call them on the phone. All they want is your money. Now I am wondering if I can trust the air monitor to be accurate.
-- RPSr1, 2024-04-10

### *---- "DO NoT BUY (Return new devices immediately)"
Do not buy. The vendor sunset devices that were only a couple years old. Essentially if you need to reset the device, you can no longer setup the device for use because it needs to access the api which is no longer available. A very expensive device is now garbage. Will never buy anything else from this vendor!
-- chicagofan1, 2024-03-19

### *---- "Useless App"
Totally a trash app.
Such a lousy setting and poor connection.
It turned out my all devices wasted and useless.
-- Hubert C, 2024-02-29

### *---- "Displeasure with Product Lifecycle Management"
I would like to express my disappointment regarding the product lifecycle management of the Awair. While I initially appreciated the concept and found great satisfaction in using the product for a number of years, my experience took a sharp downturn when the company chose to discontinue all previous versions, leaving my once reliable device rendered obsolete.

The abrupt decision to "sunset" all products, excluding the latest version, has raised concerns about the longevity and reliability of the company's offerings. As a consumer, I value consistency and continuity in the services and products I invest in. The uncertainty surrounding the potential discontinuation of any product at any given time creates a sense of unease, making it difficult for me to confidently commit to purchasing current or future products.

I believe that a more transparent and customer-centric approach to product discontinuation is essential for maintaining trust and loyalty among consumers.
