Not easy to navigate since change. Can’t see scheduled appointments with financial manager. Can’t find contact information
It timed me out twice when inputting details of verification and bank details. This takes time to get the information required. Do you realise how hard it is for a 59 year old to find and read the Victorian drivers licence card number - near impossible?
Made a whole heap of people redundant, including roles that were important to the service of its members
I love being able to quickly check balances and latest transactions. Not only does it help keep me on track it also allows me to easily see if there were to be any unauthorised transactions.

Good returns consistently and an App that is easy to use.
It does not allow me to view Advice Documents. I can view them on computer but not the App? I have reported same but nobody cares.
Very easy to use the app, and the graphics provide instant useful information
