I have received no reply whatsoever. This outage has happened my ability to communicate with clients and share documents. Their names are shown. When I send messages the view to me is my email address. Everything I’ve read shows you can’t change this, but your preview says otherwise. Can I change my user name to pop up on my phone as me, not my email. Preview of PRO shows I should be able to, but everything else says otherwise and it’s super annoying. Sounds petty but this is the only chat app I have that does that.
