When I downloaded the app initially I worked my way up and was able to participate in the grid, but after being reset through one if the updates despite being at the highest level, I still can’t access the mystery grid. The graphics are great, colors vibrant, sound effects very satisfying. I love the puzzles and feel like their difficulty is just right. There are a few really hard ones, but you’re never stuck without the ability to skip them if you’re patient. If you’re not, you can purchase gems, if you can’t, just wait a bit. I have bought gems to support the developers. I think that other than a few glitches (and, please, please....an ability to skip the tutorial) it’s very well executed. Other than tickets for multiplayer, there are no annoying “lives” that you have to wait for. I could play for hours as the puzzles are always different. So far no “unsolvable” puzzles. But nearly every time the app updates, all my progress is erased. Additionally, there’s never an option to skip the tutorial. Even though my game is connected to Facebook, which should save my entire progress, it still starts me off with the lowest level puzzles and I have to work my way up to the harder ones. So I'm stuck doing the lowest level puzzles while it's giving me challenges for puzzle boards I no longer have access to, so I'm missing out on those benefits PLUS I no longer can access to multiplayer. It's reset my game 4x since the last update and I'm giving up. The devs are zero help. What is frustrating is that it has repeatedly lost my data so it acts like I'm a new player and sends me through the new player tutorial again. The first time I'd not connected it to Facebook so I was basically a new player again. So if you do like this game make sure you connect it to an account to keep your stuff.
