I really enjoy the information given. The additional videos and interactive games keeps you on your toes. The rewards demonstrate what celebrating big and small wins feels like.

Won’t work and there’s no way to report errors. Currently all I get is “Oops” with error details and a try again button. Useless.

I’m no longer doing the daily Level Up tasks. Hudson is selling more products than ever before. Profits are rising — but respect for workers keeps dropping. They say, “we are Hudson, not Avolta,” but in reality, we’re doing the same work, under the same leadership, just with fewer benefits and worse conditions than HMS Host employees. They have more staff, better pay, and most importantly — they’re treated like people. And us? We’re constantly understaffed and overwhelmed. Every day is a struggle. Complete Level Up, don’t miss a task, don’t be a second late. But even if you work harder than most, go above and beyond — no one says thank you. Especially not with money. No one works for free. We deserve to be recognized and compensated. That’s not a request — it’s a fact. This company does everything it can to squeeze the most out of us while giving us the bare minimum. I’m done with Level Up. I won’t support a system that treats its workers like garbage.

Many of the questioned asked are not related to my position at work. More targeted questions would have more added value to me and my organization

I’ve been doing these questions and have notice that it gives you one score once you done and even though no questions were wrong it then lowers your score when you log in
