Tickets sold “in error”
Booked tickets though the app which later were cancelled on us 2 days before the event. Don’t count on them. Edit: they fixed the situation

Brought tickets via AXS in good faith only to receive an email day before event saying sold in error and tickets cancelled. NO customer support unless complain on Trustpilot. Don’t buy tickets from AXS
In November, I purchased 3 tickets to an event and got a confirmation email saying I’ve got tickets. It’s now the 18th of December and my tickets have vanished. I don’t know what to do as customer support is useless can anyone help me 🙏🙏
Not fit for purpose
Runs on a weird system where they will say tickets are available when they are not and allow you to go so far into purchasing them before refusing it all then erroring out whilst claiming you released the tickets. You think ticketmaster is bad, I think axs is worse
No tickets no UK contact to help
I have tried unsuccessfully to contact customer service at least 5 times today. As advised to do so yesterday by the USA site as UK one closed. Again I had to use the AI initially - it wouldn’t allow me to just contact cs immediately. Such unnecessary time wasting repetitiveness - has been a real nightmare. I’m disabled & have just had a v painful procedure & need this sorting. Followed instructions on UK sight tried to contact cs agent via LIVE CHAT - did NOT leave page , as told you’d loose your place & it still just keeps timing me out - still no joy - extremely painful & frustrating.
Don’t use unless you absolutely have to
Been trying to access the app for the last couple of days. Just keep getting messages. Oops something went worry again later. What a rubbish app.
THIS IS A DISABILITY ACCESS ISSUE. We only use Apps on a very large iPad - due to sight problems. We bought tickets for a show through a web browser. We had NO idea that we’d be FORCED to use this App going forward. Now the tickets have been made available through THIS App only. THERE ARE NO PHYSICAL TICKETS. It means taking a massive iPad to the venue - assuming you’d be allowed in with this?! THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT AXS - the contact link opens a browser page WITH NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER. (No access - Somewhat f!ng ironic given the app name!) Now totally regret using AXS - the venue use them, so I’m now off to complain to them.
