This app is the worse ticketing app. I have tickets I can’t get access to because it won’t let me create an account. I’ve spent 20 hours trying to work through their live help desk issue but it’s pointless. There is no real person available to help you. What a scam!

Not worth the space on your phone.  It is worthless for buying tickets.  I tried multiple times over two days to buy tickets.  Finally was able to contact the venue during business hours and told them I had trouble with the app and was informed that I should never use the app, just call to buy. Just another deadbeat app trying to skim money.

I bought tickets through another reseller,  created an account and accepted the transfer via browser. I downloaded the app but was unable to sign in to view my tickets. After chatting with a support agent, I was informed that the app wouldn’t work with VPNs. This is absolutely unacceptable. I thought TicketMaster was a bad app but it still works with VPNs. This lack of VPN support makes AXS even worse. Even one star is probably too much.
A VPN is a necessity these days and the app developers need to update their app to allow it to work with most VPNs. And fast!

i have never use a app that big company runs that can't even handle basic login function. when you try to login, it will say "oops, something went wrong" what the f is that? people pay money to go to convert or performance, there is no way to contact them online, i pay over 600 for 2 tickets to wwe. and online live chat is offline always, the "have a question" button just loop through FAQ. this site start to feel like a scam. don't use Axs, i have never have worst experience than this company

Terribly confusing. I got  a QR code but disappeared the following day. After searching all day and the following day I checked my Rocket app and lo and behold there they were. So why did I need to download this app if the QR code for the tickets are in Rockets app? I hope when I go to the concert tomorrow there are no hiccups.

I had a terrible experience trying to buy tickets through the Tix AXS mobile app. I attempted to purchase tickets for an upcoming event more than eight times, using two different PayPal accounts and three different credit cards. Each time, I encountered issues that prevented me from completing the transaction.

Frustrated, I even tried using their website, but the results were the same. It was incredibly disappointing and a complete waste of time. Ultimately, I gave up and removed the app from my phone. I expected a smoother process, especially for something as straightforward as buying tickets. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking to secure their tickets easily.

I have tried at least 12 times after uninstalling and re installing the app. I have tried using wifi I have tried not on wifi. I have no vpn and it will not complete my purchase. I go though all the steps. I click complete my order and it takes me back to “select my seat”. Very disappointing, I was really looking forward to seeing Prof at Red Rocks..

When you initially login you were giving the option of using email, your Apple account, or your Facebook account. I chose and logged in via my Apple account. But then they wouldn’t let me get any of my tickets unless I redid my account with my email. Why give an option that you don’t support? I deleted the app  called the venue and got my tickets via Will call.  Garbage app.
