Doesn’t work!
Frustrating rating: 10 stars! I set up an account but before I could even log in the app gave me a “something has gone wrong” msg. This has happened for many days at all times of the day. If a real human is reading this please advise. Must log in by Sat 9am.
“Something Went Wrong”
That’s the only message I’ve been getting for the last 3 months when I launch the app on my phone. Super frustrating AND stressful. What’s going to happen when I show up a the concert this Friday at the Rams Head Tavern jn Annapolis??
Customer service
Customer service is non existent at best. Worst company I have ever bought tickets from, and worst UI/app I have ever seen
Most recent update has formatting problems
I can’t buy a ticket on the app anymore, because the button to proceed is hidden under the seating chart, and I can’t scroll and click at the same time. Yall are probably losing $$ on this issue lol
Worst app
If you’re going to force me to download your terrible app just so I can go to a concert, please just save my password or let me transfer the tickets to apple wallet. I’m so tired of resetting my password while half drunk in line for an event. Please for the love of god find some way to provide an actual service as a company instead of just being a useless leech on society draining the last remaining fun out of live events.
Unbelievably Bad App
I have given up on some shows because of the horrible performance of this app/site. Multiple attempts to purchase only for it to freeze up or reject payment for no reason. Took me an hour to buy Stones tickets. I don’t know how AXS stays in business other than being a monopoly for a lot of events.
Too many problems
My wife sends me tickets and it always have problems getting them

Review
I bought 3 tickets 2 months ago for a event at april 26, I got an email but never got a bar code at axs app. I just hope that I can still go to the event with the proof that I have but I don’t have a barcode that the staff would want to enter the concert
