## Ayadi Description
We all need a little help sometimes.
You're not alone - one in two people in the Middle East suffer from a mental health challenge once in their lifetime!

Anxiety, stress, and depression are the most common issues people face while going through life. This can affect both your personal and professional lives and can lead to other mood disorders or relationship issues, be it in marriage, while dating, or even at work. Other people struggle with OCD or trauma from past events.

You will gain:
> a new perspective on things
> trust & confidence in yourself
> ways to set healthy boundaries
> the ability to process trauma, loss, & grief
> the ability to overcome loneliness & learn to be kind to yourself

Online therapy through Ayadi is:
* Private: you never have to be in a waiting room (#awkwardmoments)
* Convenient: you can do it anytime, anywhere (literally)
* Effective: it works exactly the same as in-person therapy (bonus: you don't need to dress up to talk about your problems)
*Safe: our therapists are professional and will never judge you
*Validation: our therapists are from the Middle East; they speak your language & understand your culture

Ayadi is an online therapy platform for Arabs around the world. We are available everywhere (except in the US), and we aim to connect you with experienced, qualified Middle Eastern therapists through a secure mobile app.

If you're still reading, download Ayadi now and book your session.
You've got nothing to lose.

All you need:
* the willingness to dig deeper
* a stable internet connection

## Ayadi Reviews in Kuwait

### ***-- "Lots of Technical Difficulties"
I had 1 session with a therapist which I was looking forward to wholeheartedly, it was bogged down by technical difficulties that cut the session down to about 20 minutes.

The team was nice enough to give me a free session to make up for the technical difficulties.

I missed my next session because the app refused to send any notifications, even though my notifications were on for everything to do with this specific app!

You send reminders via email, I don’t always check my email because I depend on the apps to send push notifications!

Now my therapist has no available sessions and I have to look for someone else …

Please fix your technical issues and then maybe I’ll consider coming back to use the app.

### ***-- "Hi"
The option of 30 min is little
Maybe it’s good for some reasons only
40 is a bit more convenient

Opening camera from both side is essential I believe
