AyeTides XL displays tides and/or currents for over 12,500 locations worldwide. and unlike many other tide apps it does not require a network connection. With AyeTides XL you will never see those annoying ads or be asked to pay for additional features! Sailors, harbor pilots, beachcombers, nature photographers, and more use AyeTides to plan their outings on or around the world's oceans.

You can see the day’s events in tabular form with an interactive graph, or you can rotate the phone for an calendar view. Tapping on a day brings up additional information for that day. You can find a station on a map, by name, based on your current location, or set a favorite station and always have it handy.

AyeTides XL is updated regularly and stations are added whenever we find new data. We encourage our customers to contact us if you hare having any issues with the program.

This app is designed to run on your iPad. It does not run on an iPhone or iPod Touch. If you have multiple devices, you may want to consider our bundle. Get both apps for a discounted price!

This is the only place to install AyeTides. Other websites may look like they have AyeTides, but they do not. We only support iOS, any other version of AyeTides is not ours.

Absolutely would NOT be without this app 😎

Easy to use, great support.

AyeTides is easy to use. I use it on the iPad and the information is easy to see while boating. When I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the time display to the 24 hour clock, support was quick and effective. I’m a happy user.

reliable essential for coastal sailors

I keep a paper tidebook on board in case of iPad death, but use AyeTides exclusively for timing transits in the BC coast. An excellent app that does one thing perfectly.

Wrong tides

The tide data for Vancouver and some of the surrounding area has been wrong. More than once, it’s been ebbing when your tables show flood. I am losing confidence in the data that I have previously relied on.

Seems acurate

For a “use it at your own risk” app, it works very well.

Best app for west coast

Continuously improved over time. Best app for west coast NA tides. Wish it showed lunar phases on tidal calendar

Use it regularly, just right, responsive support

I need tide and current data at my fingertips and AyeTides has fit the bill for me for years. In Canada and USA, and even on a trip to Ireland. Excellent graphic and data layouts. Very responsive support when I reported an incorrect tide station position.

Good, but there's a bug

Just got this app and it works as advertised but for 1 bug I've noticed. I open the app in landscape mode to a calendar displaying the tide info for the current month. The bug appears when I scroll the calendar to any other month. The date numbers get all scrambled and out of order. When I return to the current month, the dates are also scrambled. Other than that one glitch, the app works well. I'm using it on an iPad Air 2.
