As a regular customer I am disgusted at being charged more for a booking once on board than confirmed when booking on the app , won’t be using them again on talking to the office while in the car the lady on the phone was very rude if your going to increase your prices then state the correct fare on the app. Rip off service

Love the app, easy to use & great cause I can pay on card

I highlighted there was an issue with the card payment on the app months ago to the office and they still haven’t bothered to get it fixed. It’s all about convenience these days, like the other comment said, back to Uber.

App won’t allow me to add my credit card. It just keeps saying “please check number”. I’ve tried several times and the number is correct. Tried another card and same result. Problem is you can’t pay by card if you book by phone. I guess it’s back to Uber, which has its app sorted out properly.

So booked on the app, tracking my taxi, lock up and get the kids outside waiting and go back to track and showing cancelled. Call them from the button on my booking and they deny all knowledge. Doesn’t seem to matter they’ve text me and then can’t get me one one for half an hour!

Won’t allow me to add credit cards to my account - app keeps rejecting card details (tried several different cards several times) and it indicates “there is a problem with your connection” (when there’s clearly no problem with my internet connection). You can’t pay by card in their cabs directly, so back to Uber it is.

Sound like super bad man Asian chavs that think they are hard talk to you like crap never order from this company. Learn to speak properly and don't talk to your customers like filth

After being let down for my kids school run thought I would try aylestone and never been let down!!! 😁😁😁
