UNUSABLE APP constant crashing doesn’t even open have to delete and redownload CONSTANTLY I want my money back for this dash cam it’s useless I can’t even get the footage

Hi developers!
Can we have this app fix? we love the dashcam, its just the app keeps crashing and its unusable.
Wifi
Looked at the owners manual. It says to hold down the down arrow for 2 seconds then the m550 shows up on the wifi access on your phone. It worked for me

What crap... the app doesn’t work, there is no one to turn to as the “help” is in Chinese. I wish I knew this before spending my money on this piece of crap!
App isn’t working.
I can only confirm, the app isn’t working. Despite WiFi connectivity cannot get the video stream, cannot acces videos and pictures stored on the camera. One of the main reason I have chosen this camera was alleged WiFi feature.
