Since the last update I can not access my cams any more. Everything was working fine before. Now the app always wants me to finish a “installation guide”, which I can not finish due to app bugs! These was my last dash cam from azdome then, which is sad. Please fix this user unfriendly app!

Die Verbindung mit dem Wifi der Kamera ist eine Zumutung und bricht ständig ab. Somit ist keine Verbindung möglich und ein Einblick in die Videos nicht möglich. Preis/ Leistung ist also dementsprechend schlecht. Ich bin enttäuscht und überlege mir eine andere Kamera zuzulegen da das was ich hier habe einfach nur so schlecht ist das ich echt keine Lust mehr habe auf so eine Kamera für so viel Geld. Da bekommt man besseres für das gleiche Geld.

Seit dem Update gestern kann ich nicht mehr auf die Kamera zugreifen. Ich soll die Installation erneut ausführen und selbst das klappt nicht. Wo er mich fragt ob ich mit wifi verbunden bin mit der Kamera bin ich Stuck. Ansonsten kann die App auch nicht was beim Kauf versprochen wurde, nähmlch den Fahrweg auf der Karte anzeigen. Ansonsten lief die App aber ganz gut

App lässt sich sehr schlecht bedienen.Alles nur in Englisch oder Hyroglyphen (Chinesisch?) Die Spp ist sehr zäh. So nicht bedienbar. Wenn sich das nicht umstellen lässt geht die Kamera zurück.

Die Software war nie sonderlich schnell, Übertragung zum Handy war unglaublich langsam. Seit dem letzten Update empfängt meine Dashcam kein GPS Signal mehr, was für mich mit ein Hauptgrund war, diese Kamera zu kaufen.

Update 25.3.24✅! 🔴Seit 2.6.0 und IOS 17.4.1 funktioniert die App mal wieder auf Apples Iphone  11P, 13P und 15 Pro was ein Wunder ! Also macht danach kein Update mehr sonst geht es danach wieder nicht - war in den letzten 4 Jahren 3x so🔴Der letzte Müll !seit 2 Jahren funktioniert diese schlecht Programmierte APP weder mit IPhone 11 Pro noch mit 14 Pro noch mit 15 Pro! Sie funktionierte auch nicht mit IOS 16.x noch mit der neuen IOs Version 17.2 !!! Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen warum AZDOME es seit Jahren nicht hinbekommt ! Ohne das die APP funktioniert ist dis Dashcam 63 voll für die mülltonne !!!

Die App ist eigentlich ganz OK.
Sie lässt sich einfach in den Einstellungen nach dem verbinden mit W-LAN konfigurieren,
nur in der Kamera werden die Einstellungen nicht übernommen ( bei mir stimmt nie die Uhrzeit ) obwohl sie in der Apo stimmt.

Nun, nachdem ich meine erste große Fahrt mit der AuDome hinter mir habe muss ich sagen: gute Kamera, aber schlechte App. Die Verbindung bricht immer wieder ab, keine anständige Videokennzeichnung und das übertragen der Dateien ist so kompliziert und funktioniert meistens nicht.

Im Gegensatz zu anderen Dashcams ,liefert diese eine gute Qualität.
Alle 3 Cams liefern super Bilder.
Bewegungs und Chrash-Aufnahmen funktionieren .
W-LAN zu langsam.Dafür ein Stern Abzug.

Alles in allem Preis /Leistung Top.

### ****- "Läuft grundsätzlich gut"
Das herunterladen einzelne Sequenzen über das vorher einzuschaltendes WLAN dauert recht lange.
Ansonsten finde ich die App und die Kamera praktisch und für den Preis vollkommen okay. Einzige Problematik die ich bisher noch nicht lösen konnte ist, bei einer heruntergeladenen Film Sequenz wird oben der Film und unten die Fahrstrecke auf einer Karte dargestellt. Allerdings fehlen die Geschwindigkeitsangaben. Falls mir jemand da einen Tipp geben könnte wäre das toll.

There should be an option to flip the rear camera video cause mine is installed correctly but filming upside down… please give us a button in the settings for this as there are other manufracturers able to do it that way. So far no other problems. Everything is working correctly except that we have no option to do this. I will upgrade my review to five stars ⭐️, if there is a button for flipping the rear camera video.
